taking as a given that repurposing is better than recycling, if you need to recycle Tyvek envelopes, I've heard about the following resources:
Quantities less than 25: Send to Shirley Cimburke, Tyvek Recycling Specialist, 5401 Jefferson Davis Hwy., Spot 197, Room 231, Richmond, VA 23234. Quantities larger than 25, call 866/33-TYVEK.
Why is the staple garbage?
Steel is the most recycled material on earth.
A quick scan shows that you sent the steel champagne wire tie and tin foil to garbage instead of recycle as well.
Hey Joel,
From what i understand, the staples are too small, will fall through the separator and be swept into the garbage. That said, i plan on checking with the recycler at the end of the year.
Consume Less, Conserve More!!!!!
